Mostly people here want to listen good for their plots, They want listen some thing to see dreams, Never use own mind, Defiantly there will increase in prices after 3 or 5 year, but how much will depend on country situation and real estate industry,

Please also advise what is "Area Excluded" mentioned at various placed in DHA Phase 9. Is this Reserve Area held by DHA for future development OR area still not bought by DHA ??????

DHA Still no deccided about this area, MAY BE THEY TAKE FEW YEARS TO THINK ABOUT IT, Years requried to settled these type od matters,
Your plot markeet will be depend on buyer markeet, cant give estimated price

Aftab See the B Block Map i have posted in my previous posts. Excluded area means DHA has not town planned this area for some reason. What i heard is that Askari wants that area to build more askari houses but it is not confirmed. You can see in Map that Askari XI is right next to Block B. I personally visited the sight today

Area if for sure DHA property as you can see the DHA boundary in advertised map. By law DHA cannot show others property as its own/ People will due them the very next day. They know DHA is very rich :)

For my clarity of mind, how do you access the area near Plot # 444-B, DHA Phase-9. Does it have any future potential. Is this near Plot # 444-B location Good, Average OR Bad ???

@Block B, villages are also shown in the boundry of DHA that means DHA has also bought the land of those villages? I dont think so.
Similarly look at the maps of Phase 7 & 8, villages and empty land is shown in maps which is not the property of DHA.

Thanks once again guys.

I think "Excluded Area" needs to be defined by DHA. It is too ambiguous. To say the least, given the fact that "Excluded Area" is mentioned at numerous places in almost every sector of DHA Phase-9 is a clear indication that it is a Big Unresolved Issue from DHA's point of view. Seems like it will only get resolved in long term and not immediately.

Look at Map again. Even two houses have been excluded from Map near B block. Why DHA felt a need to create such complex boundary when they could have easily left it open and let people imagine as you are doing.

Would you spare DHA if they include your property or society in their map? What will you do? stay quiet and be happy or go to court? Your answer will tell you weather DHA has acquired that property or not.

DHA has a huge legal department and even slight corners are discussed before realeasing map. It is not like print anything and circulate. Big organizations are always under great threat if they do so. Their reputation is at stake.....

The area is clear if you look at google map. No village ,not even a home is there .

@sharyar and Aftab,
Excluded area is for sure DHA property otherwise they could have mention it as private land as they mentioned in other different places. As fas as villages are concerned DHA have clearly mentioned by their names. Excluded means excluded from the ballot but land is in ownership of DHA. It might be related to the 400 files purchased by DHA in the last week before ballot :)
Or it might also be an extension of Askari.

Aftab Look at map in my post 71719. You can see how close it is to good localities. Price of Agri plot (Non Dha) in this place is above 60 lacks. Go and confirm anyone .Plot in Askari is above 1 crore. Plot in DHA Phase 5 is above crore. You can guess what lies ahead as Askari and Shuhuda town will be populated and if DHA makes underpass to DHA 5 then you will be at 2 minutes drive from all amenities of DHA5.

Each village taht is not acquired by DHA is clearly excluded by marking a DHA boundary outside ....Areas that are taken by DHA but left unplanned are within the boundary but kept vacant with no plotting...........Question is what they will plan there and time will tell ..

Appologies for taking your valuable time. Just few more clarities wrt your posts:

1) Is Askari Town mentioned in your post 7179 same as
Askari XI (B) appearing in Phase-9 Block B Map ?

2) What does "JSHIS" area (next to Askari), stand for in Phase-9 Block B Map ?

3) Is DHA Town and Shuhuda Town same thing ??? If different please elaborate.

JSHIS = Shuhuda Town
DHA Town is on other side of Shuhuda Town
