Has there been any trading of Phase 9 affidavit or allocation files that were not part of ballot. Please share the current rates. Thank you.

No trading or accurate rates of DHA9 affidavit files. Dealers buyers sellers are confused about new rates after plots can be seen on map in Prism 9.
Will take few days for dust to settle.
