Please let us Know Rates and trends in IVY green and Its Comparison with Closing rates of Files,
Contrary to my belief DHA ballot did not have any negative affect on these rates.
Please also tell that is there any active trading of these plots in market?

I agree with you Ivy Green will not loose ground. It will compete with Prism.
Generally no selling pressure in Ivy Green but honestly no new buyers in Ivy Green since ballot day. Buyers wwaiting for DHA to announce transfers with due instalments of development charges
