we have one kanal plot in UET housing society in A block,,adjacent to NFC1 and Valencia,,80 to 90 lack,,should i keep this plot or sell and buy AWT Phase 2,,, buy 2 kanal kanal plot,,,for constructing house,,,
which option will be better in your view...

i want to build house this year,,or next year...
that's why i am thinking to do so ,,, for not the investment purpose,,
by doing comparison is it good decision to take action ,,
or have any other better option rather than AWT2 where i can purchase land in this budget ???
purpose is to build house and live there..
