A file when alloted by GHQ to officers It has OLO number. A civilian file has OL number
One an OLO file is sold to civilian its still have OLO but in computers data it looses special ballot status. OLO files when held any current or as retirement benefits for officer has a special ballot in GHQ. That special ballot may or may not have special plots or blocks to be allotted to OLO files.
A CIVILIAN never has fruit of special OLO number but dealers do make extra money from clients whi dont know this fact. NEVER EVER pay extra tor OLO if you never been in army |

it means that am/9x can be read as 9/OL? I have seen few other letters issued by DHA of my friends which has 9/OL/.... printed on it while I don't have such pattern on my letter. |
