Although definition of good Plot is very difficulat and there are may " Sharee Aebs"
But these Location are worst and should be switched ASAP
I Close to nallah with in 200 meters at least for 5 merla and 300 meters for Kanal.
2 Close to Village when you are supecting that the way will be open from that side, It amy need a bit abit of work up, First see the map if Road leads to Village boundary and there are no plots on Boundary, then you may have to visit the Location or see high resolaution map if some street of Village is opening, and in map there is coresponding street that is worst lcation, The Stree Leading to in is also Considered bad.\
3. Plots facing or near garveyards
I am not personally against nay of these location but if you are stuck even for making home people dont make homes there and the areas remain less populated ever after 20+ years of Development
Once I was looking for Low budget houses in DHA 1 to 4 and was stunned to see this fact. the houses in these areas were at least 40% Cheaper than other areas but still there were no buyers.

It is based on prices in DHA phase 2 and 5 The Blocks which are near Nallah, That DHA Nallah is Only 20 feet wide, Hadiara Drain is about 100 to 150 feet wide it is biggest Nalah in Lahore which takes sewage from 2/3 of Lahore. Even Wapda Town Nallh drins in that near defense road. It Looks Like a river. |

sir nallah is big no doubt but surrounded by commercials also by DHA planned com. it flows to lahore so not cary sewage of lahore |
