muhammad ahmed replied on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 11:59 AM The file of Phase 9 see many up and downs. In Jan 2015 the file price was 36. If you buy now you will get 43 lack price. If you sell after 1 to month you will get 45.If you sell after 6 month it will be 50. If LRR construction start it will jump to 55. When LRR complete the whole area it will automatically add 5 lack in you plot price. If from Sector A dha starts development it will add 5 more lack instantly in your plot. If construction reach your sector 5 lack more added. If they clear you plot land it will add 10 lack more. If your sector is fully develop 10 lack more. In this way after 5 year it will cross 1 crore. |
