Dear Brothers , Hope you are fine . What is the scope of plot in sui gas phase 2. Please advise . I only come once in a year to Pakistan on annual leave and dont have defence budget . mY budget is 40 lacs .

This forum is setup by one who have been dealing with DHA from last one decade and kina specialist in DHA.
You should not expect any feed back from CMY (Good or bad), try others forums (if any) or by calling dealers those deals in that areas.

6 years ago, I bought the plot in SUI GAS 2 at the price of 22 lac. That time phase 9 file rate was 13 to 14 lac. If I bought two file which is right now 400% increase and sui gas 2 is still 30 to 40 lac. |

SUI GAS PH 2 IS SAFE AND GOOD INVESTMENT...YES IT WAS DEVELPOED VERY LATE BUT NOW THINGS MUCH BETTER...I BOUGHT ONE KANAL 9 YRS AGO AT 10 LAC AND NOT ITS 35LAC...ITS BEHIND BAHRIA SECTOR F AND WILL GAIN PACE ONCE SECTOR F DEVELOPS...SO PLS HOLD ON TO IT FR 2 YRS MIN. REST ALLAH SWT KNOWS BETTER |
