Hi LRE team,
I've above plot in lower cutting of U-block phase 7. Current assessment is around 75 to 80 lakhs. Is it advisable to sell it now and invest the amount in phase 9 (1 kanal) or I should wait till the possession to be granted. Investment span is around 2 years.

Guess which event is gonna happen soon. If possession then keep it ,If you are optimistic about Phase 9 Development then go for it.....common sense. |
