Whats the status of Ivy green?? I heard its boundary wall is under preperation.

As CMY told that IVY green will be developed much faster, as it is plain Land 100% Land in Hand and development will be cheaper and easier,
Previously I mentioned that main reason of slow development is Pockets [Civil Court Cases], DHA development expenses go many times as they can't claim more charges, In IVY green nothing Like this owner had already worked on Land issue. That is the reason that prices are increasing by 10% than in Last Months Now it is hard to find average Plot 10 merla in 42 where as it was available Last Month. Actuality I was looking for investment in this Block 10 merla but being overseas sometimes we cant tap the opportunity I was also waiting for the announcement of development charges.

jameel sahib zakat payable on investments is when u sell them?or before?because its possible to pay so much zakat only when property is sold.

its not investment


properties is piece of land and zakat must be paid each year when you own them.

Now if zakat money is not available then you must sell the property and pay zakat
