I have a worst located plot in shape of E160. 2 questions;
1. Is it really a bad idea to hold it for 3 years or so?
2. If I want to sell it would I really have to struggle for years to buy a buyer?
Can some one please give me some info?

U r not the only one I ve worst location plot as well E148. My quwstion is the proposed graveyard is on opp side so graveyard is really affecting my plot or its only village boundry? |
