Its main road plot buy facing hospital location. Will be little tough to sell. Not a worst location. Its price should be in mid range.

Do hospitals also present an issue? I understood that commercial shopping areas caused parking issues, is there something similar that happens with a hospital? Noise maybe? |

But I do have same question here as Rana asked, I was considering it a very good or at least a good location, coz even if it's facing hospital, it's across a 120 feet main road + not exactly facing the hospital (it's almost where the hospital ends) and really...? being opposite to hospital is that bad that you rate it 'Not worst location'
What about other features like next to corner, near to park, near to main round about etc...?
I'm not asking this against your assessment or to hear only good about my plot but just getting curious for knowledge & to correct my own assessment...? |
