Does anybody have a view on whether buying a phase 7 commercial file at 155 lakh is a good investment. Any views as to what it might be in 2 years time.
I am told by many individuals that phase 7 commercial is not in good locations.
please advise.

Actually best time was one month back when it was 135 Lac, nw already gained 20 Lac but still it is not bad.
It is sign of over all recovery in DHA Phase 7 |
