DHA 9 Town will be in transition for an year or by the time actual construction starts there when real buyers will hit. Builders are already having holdings there way back. Even if they start constructing homes today, still it will take another 2 years for Town to be livable. A very slow momentum or no positive gain in coming months or year as investors are seeking exit from there. |
