How true is the news that 9 Town 5 Marla can hit Rs. 75 Lacs by end of Year?

Kindly advice.

although future is not certain,
but there is strong reason for Town prices to reach at 75-80 in short span of time, BECAUSE DHA 6 5 Marla touching 80 while those are all not well located, so TOWN is the best of best in DHA for 5 Marla and hopefully prices will cross 80 Lakhs shortly.

This is not a news but an expectation or a projection. There is no doubt that the price of an average 5 marla plot in DHA Town will reach 80 lacs; however, the question should be how long this will take. I think the price f an average plot may touch 70 lacs in 6-12 months and 80 lacs is achievable in 6 to 18 months. As you see 5 marla in all phases of DHA are poorly located, this is the ultimate heaven for small house owners in DHA as these plots are best located compared to anywhere in Phase 9 proper. DHA Town is a pet project of DHA and its huge success is essential to maintain value and ensure gains in Prism 9. This means it would not be a surprise if big investors and builders work together to ensure even higher prises in DHA Town to support Prism 9.

Yes may be by end of this year it will reach 70+ and people are saying it can reach 75 to 80 by 1st or second quarter of next year.

In my opinion
Right now DHA 9 Town is hottest in whole DHA.
Location, Readiness, Size, Timing (possession soon) and in 5 Marla of 6, 7, 8 its is best placed.

these files yet to be balloted have land or it will be acquired now ?
