Dha Rahbar importance has been ignored but since the launch of RAHBAR 10M file it has an upward trend and gained 3Lac just under 1 month.

Sources report that DHA Rahbar is due to overtake King Edward Housing Society which is believe is already developed. Great future I can foresee for Rahbar in upcoming months. Files are likely to Ballot in next 8-10 Months. This would obviously give a great return on investment in a short time.

Speculation and Wishful Thinking about KEMHS overtaking.
The only area they trying to buy is next to Phase-2, opposite to IEP Sec B where IEP has already sewerage & waste water station.
As per experts (and happening also) its over priced in Ph-1 which is slwoly making correction by decreasing prices.
Not really a decent location to live between heavy traffick of Defence Road and drain behind your home.

@ Rahbar Fan

Yes its very good investment. As Prices of 5 Marla has increased from 16 Lac to 19 Lac from March to mid of June (3 lac profit in 2.5 months) and 10 marla file price was 29.5~30 Lac in the start of March now its touching 35 Lac. In future value of DHA Rahbar will be very attractive after LRR construction and another factor of its increasing trend is its location in already developed societies like Valencia, IEP, Muhafiz, Kheaya bane ameen etc that make is very attractive. Its prices will increase in future as its balloting is expected by the end of 2015 or start of 2016.

Surely , DHA Rahbar is the worst kept secret of all time. Many reasons to invest in it.
