2 ways of thinking,

There are two different way of investing in property.
One is investing in files and projects who have futuristic value. And main focus is price gain, rather than developed residential projects. Keep on switching earning or losing money. These people never invest in ready property or houses no matter cheap.

The other way of investing is classical or old style thinking. Here Focus is imagination of developed plot where someone can make house. In this style focus is developed and populated areas where preferably people are living or interested in living

Both have pros and Cons and money is made in both cases. In market crash first approach is more risky than the second one.

None of them is wrong only focus is different.

I have more of "light classical" approach. i Hope the readers can understand what i really mean.

For average plot in prism as of today.
60+20 is right price
50+20 in under priced
70+20 is over priced

So today prism is at right price, I myself always buy a property when it is under priced and never regret if I lose some chance.

The Biggest question is If you are ready to hold 8,9 years buy today and then forget. Don't look back even price comes down or does not grow in 2,3 years. You will catch up at maturity.

@ Jameel whats your opinion for Good or location plots.I am not able to determine correct time for entry in phase 9, I want to invest money where i also have way out without loss. As you know i am stucked with Golf view Bahria and learnt the lesson already.

Best exit with good gain will be possible in DHA 7, Sale and purchase is most active here.

Need your kind advice that is it a right time to but 8 Marla zone 1 commercial at prism 9 of more than 5 crore rupees.Regards
