@ IQ dubai M.Asif it would be batter if you held your file since you already paid instalments u should wait and see what happens. @FS-KSA their is no problem in these plot area of numbers.

what your personal views are on BT current situation, whether they are in a position to handle all these below mess:-

1) Sector F
2) Bahria Green
3) Golf View
4) Lahore Ring Road relocation

you may have the current and updated news on above.

if someone have not paid any installment on Golf files except the premium and down payment, where he stands? he should go for installment payment or just wait and see for the project future?

@Liaqat bt knew from the very begining, i remember the day Sector E map came to me not the ploted map but the blue print of the main outines, and my first question to Al-falah plaza was what about ring road and he said dont worry malik sahib nay kuch socha ho ga, they know but still they sold plots.

@E.A Sector F on ground plots very good future coz many things there, cinema, food court, big mosque and 5 houses started and 10 more maps approved. Bahria greens = no future. Golf view lets be honest, even if LRR dosent disturb it, the map is so absurd that land aqusition is next to imposible. people asking 5-7 caror per acar :). dont worry about instalments i people who have 10 files and are transfering them without instalments or surcharge. i'd say wait for a clear pic

Is it a good idea for us to merge green valley files? Once we do, will BT demand installments on it? Currently, at least they are not asking for installments. Thanks.

Lahore Ring Road issue and Bahria Staff / Dealers

Bahria officials and dealers used to say that Malik Riaz has contacts and he will never let the LRR pass through proposed route.

Actually, it was a plan of Bahria High level Management that as much as members let start construction on the route so that a pressure for change of route could be built on authorities if some opportunity comes.

Now when every thing is clear now even then the officials and dealers starting claiming that nothing will happen as Malik Riaz is a big gun. They are issuing and approving maps for the houses on LRR route. If someone talks them seriously and with facts and figures then they change their tone and claim that Malik Riaz will compensate the house / plot owners.
What will be the formula and system in compensation, they have no answer to it and will refer to some one else.

In short, as per policy, Bahria Town does not keep its members, officials and dealers in confidence. What ever the plan regarding Lahore Ring Road they have, only the high level management is aware of it. These directors, town planners, and the most important dealers have no information at all. They can not afford to say that they don't know anything.

mr. Kaisrani is right. @HHH once a project gets merged bt dosent demand any instalments or surcharge, it means they are trying to wind it up.

Regarding F block what are you views on commercial plots located on 150 feet road Shershah block and Gaznavi block (adjacent to master farm house) what will be the future. Currently plots available in 2 cror is that plots have worth to buy.what's the future of this investment?

@Hafiz Sajad: We did not see any announcement/news of sector-F possession. Someone advise here that it is getting delayed because of BTK project and sector-F possession is expected by End of this year.

Any idea in which block these 5 houses have started?

Thanks Hafiz sb for the reply. Yes i will wait and see where bahria will allot sector F remaining files as all dues payed. My only concern is it will bad if bahria put remaining sector F fully paid files near bahria orchard. Well lets see what happens. I talked to one person in Alflah building they are saying hopefully balloting will be done after Eid.

I have 10M plot near 250 Iqbal in Sector E. It is closely missing LRR, as per the map on LRE website, shared by CMY. I was planing build my home but ...? Shall I keep it or relocate my investment?
