Dear CMY,

Salaa,.

This is Atif, Deputy Director IT, Punjab Govt.
I purchased a plot in phase-9 recently in Rs. 28,25,000 5 Marla R-806. The location is good. What is the current market value of this plot. 2ndly, i heard development charges will be around 9 Lacs for 5 Marla? If yes, then plot prices may decrease??
3rd, if development charges may decrease plot prices, will you suggest me to sale my R806 (5marla) immediately?

Atif have not purchased any plot especially not in R block. He is just trying to scare every one with spreading wrong amount of 9 lacs as development charges.

No body with right mind will ever need to disclose his job or rank here. No one who buys a plot in best small size plots R block of Prism is that naive to sell it just days after recent purchase. No one pays transfer costs and then think about selling it just based on rumors. No one takes loss in property this quick especially not if its his hard earned Halal earnings :)

Atif saab its Ramadhan if nothing else respect this month. Plzzzzzzzzzz

Khara Sach: I am not scaring any one, i heard this news of dev charges so im asking in this forum for guidance. I have plot in R which i mentioned above. Im sorry i mentioned my designation here. This was just introduction. Anyways!! Im not selling it, im asking guidance from you people.

Khan: First place is near with DHA 9-Town and it is clean Pati near 10 marla plots and 120 ft road. It has direct entry from Baidian road. How is this a bad location?
