The P block not only has the biggest commercial area in it but also is very closer to Golf Club, has bigger green areas, is located on the main boulevard and off course nearest block to Barki Rd approach. Another, very important aspect is that its development will be done in initial phase because of Main CZ1.If this largest CZ of Prism is not developed in early time frame then it may adversely effect the phase 9 due to obvious reasons. Since very less number of plots of the block are in circulation in the market, therefore, people are not much talking about it. However, as soon as some more blocks are visible in the market, it will be a hot cake. Rest Allah knows better. |

Therefore, its excess is good. It looks the part of Phase-6 not 7. However, the plot should be in upper half, away from Pungali village and free from litigation. |
