What is the difference between advertised plot rates and the actual deal, especially for Prism 1K residential.
Say someone has advertised a plot for 70 Lac, then what would be a good acceptable offer.

You need to do your market research before making any offer. you can get an estimate of the price range. It is a perfectly competitive market and you can get an information. If someone has advertised 70 lacs in prism than you need to check with few dealers what will be the right price of it. Sometimes sellers need money urgently and they sell below the market price. If market rate is established @ 70 than may be you can give an offer of 65 lacs negotiable. It also depends upon the location , if the plot is average there will be a fluctuation of 3-5 lacs. |
