I have 10 marla file in GVR BTL
Should i hold this or exit from this by bearing loss
& go for DHA prism 10 marla

Do it before its too late. In fact invest anywhere in DHA with that money. |

@Ahmet; issue is that if I purchase plot in DHA 9; then this will cost to me 42 to 43 lac and I will have to also pay development charges of 9 lac and possession will be expected minimum 4 to 5 years.
I have talked with broker today. He told me to have a wait. They have acquired more land there. IA you will get good gain in 3 to 4 years. |
