I just got the possession of my 4.6 Marlas in Eden Abad, Khaban e Amin. I paid 42.5 lacs for this house. I needed an advice if I should keep this house as Ring Road will be passing 100 meters from there or sell it aand invest somewhere else? What do you think will be the market value of my house today and in the next 5 years?

Salman can you please disclose that what was your booking price for 4.6 marla house at eden abad and how much you actually paid ? It's good to know that eden started to deliver. |
