Aslamualikum my question to Jameel sahab is whats the best time to buy Prism right now or wait till dha starts charging development charges n hope prices might drop ..my budget is 75 lacs n i m interested in best location Plot not in a hurry ..investment wait time is 3-5 years ..My first preference was dha phase7 1 kanal in y block but prices are over 85 lacs for good location plot so i m leaning towards Prism

Dear Butt, there will be Minor adjustment and few more plots on Bargain when development charges are announced, If You want to buy in 75 lac Good Location I will suggest you may start search even now and Keep Yourself tough on Bargain. You never know sometimes you get at very good Bargain.
If I am in your Place I will be Going for a plot with averge features [not bad] and will get Max discount. I will have Many Choices .
My Brother Bought a plot in DHA7 Main Boulevard leading to Barki Road. At that time in first map it was shown that main Boulevard will lead to Barki Road and It was major Plus Point.[I hope you can get First map by DHA which was changed after 4 years]
All i mean to say there can be no major set back than stopping main boulevard by private land. It is Like Cutting the Neck. So you pay premium for a Plot in exceptional Location and then some revised map will show something else you will be upset. DHA 9 Prism map will have many revisions in future. |
