As we all know that DHA has announced pocession in DHA 9 town. I just wanted to know is it possible that DHA didn't release NOC letters for a few of plots in the same area?
Actually, I have booked a plot in A sector through my dealer but he is saying for the last 2 months that NOC for that plot has not yet been sent by DHA to the owner of the plot. If I think logically, it doesn't make any sense because how DHA could then give pocession for an area where NOC letters are not yet released? What's a point of pocession then?
Please shed some light on it so I can have a true picture. Also, is there any way by which I can cross verify if the DHA has actually released NOC or not by visiting DHA office? I'm ready to pay for this service if there is any.

I Think you are confusing, DHA is Housing society. Its NOC is related to Clearance of Dues. DHA 9 Down was alloted to Shuhda by GHQ 8 years Back to widows of Shuhda and needed NOC by GHQ that may still be pending. |
