Plots in A block was available right aftor ballot in 65 to 70 now its around 85 lac... Icant see a decrese in price good block.......

Decreased?......I think either its your or you must be joking.
1K Prism price is INCREASED from 15 to 20 lacs in just last one month for good plots.

it looks that it is just a short term speculation, it must be corrected once Development charges are implemented by DHA.
