To all my Brothers and Sister,

As you all must have seen a clear slow down in this forum represents that most foreign overseas Pakistani investors are looming around in Pakistan for Eid and at the same time securing deals which obviously has made the property to have a little temporary rise. To all those who reside in Pakistan please stay away from buying at this current peak time as it's likely to go into back gear very shortly.

Ramadan and summer is the most dead time for property in my view. Property prices will actually go up after Eid. All the agents I spoke to are pretty much of the same opinion. The period between the two Eids and then December are the two active property dealing periods.

I agree with Ahmet. I don't see any major downward trend going on especially people don't have any other better option for investment. If economy continues to improve and law & order becomes better then property will have a very positive impact.

In my opinion sincere advice don't have any investment in prism and he wants to grab good deal. That's y his sincere advice is not actually sincere. Rest Allah Knows better

Prism starting prices are quite good than other starting prices for Dha other phases:-
1. Dha town is real close of Dha prism their possession has already been given
2. Second the moment development will be completed of Dha prism phase by phase Dha town most of construction wl have been done so immediate wl be livable very nearest phase of Dha prism
3. Third when the new phase take place anywhere prices boost up slowly and when the next next phase take place close to develop phase prices boost up shortly.
today Dha phase 6 approx prices are 1 kanal file price is 100 lac and 10 Marla 70 and 5 Marla 40 lac but all are still files reason Dha phase 6 is develop and their prices are double. Same formula is being applicable on prism as Dha town prices are almost double and prism now even became ground reality. So earlier block develop wl be more fruitful and rest wl gain gradually and don't forget Dha prism is ever best project of Dha and hopefully prices will not be comparable with any other phase of Dha . Rest Allah knows better

The Prices are gradually rising in all societies in Lahore.The major reason is an influx of overseas Pakistanis for holidays. The slump has just finished which started in October 2013 and fadeout in May 2015. The market is in recovery phase and it will improve during next few months. As far as prism is concerned the average location is available in 62-65 lacs without development charges but once the development charges will incur than this plot will reach 62+20= 82 lacs. That point will determine the market prices based upon supply and demand. The liability of further 20 lacs may hinder transactions, because many buyers may not be able to afford sudden rise of 20 lacs and prices may see some correction.

Why do we start accusing others of either grabbing property or selling ones plot at high prices? Why couldn't it be just someones opinion like "Sincere Advice", which is different from ours? There is so much trust deficit in this society that everything becomes a lie.

U have money, pick a place and invest. U can never guess pak property market. Up after eid or down in June etc.. u keep on waiting and things will keep on going out of your reach unless you are a son of politician. :)
