Uff 90 lacs for the plot which will be devopled in 10 years of time also 20 lacs of devolopment charges. Who is going to pay more than 1 crore for a plot in which u cant make a home in next 10 years. LRE guys pls play fairly and dont play with peoples hard earned money. The price you are asking is unfair.

If you invest 1 crore plus today then would you still expect raise in price in the coming years NO because you already paid high price on the plot and in the coming years price could go down as phase 9 devolopment is far ahead.

I think 110 lacs with development charges is nothing for this type of location. I would have love to buy it, if I had a money. As already have few average location plots already in prism which I am selling. If I will sell my plots I will purchase this one to make my dream house InshAllah.

I said that about Phase 7 W block plot when I bought it for 40 lac and look where it is now!
