After three to five years, Phase 9 Z1& Z2 commercial 8 Marla Plot prices are more than phase 6 MB, phase 3 Y block and Phase 5 CCA Phase 8 including Broadway insha allah.
Phase 9 commercial are most hot cake next feauture due to its total area & location.
If some one wants to investment in commercial property and not need urgently plaza on plots, Phase 9 Z1& Z2 are most suitable place that capital return ratios will be higher than any other DHA area as well as its rented income.

It would be great if you could give some rationale reasons such as rental yield. customer or traffic count, cluster effect etc. to support your argument?

Phase 9 zone 1 and 2 are good investments but 8 Marla price is more than 5Crore on 150 feet road.Need your comments on that.

Dear info & fizan bhai one may right to agree or disagree from my point of view. I am not dealer or not having any investment in phase 9 Z1&Z2 commercial plot.
Please check total residential area of phase 9 and its. Please check its low cost prices and specialty Z1 location 150 fit road around. As I said above reasons if someone has time three to five years, and contain Capitale gain its best potential area in dha Lahore. Rest Allah knows batter.

Dear Butt sb you may check second choice on 80 fit road plot that are also good choice in Z1&Z2 commercial 8 marla plots,
