About Prism many ups and down already happened. so i guess prices will gradually increase. Rest Allah knows better. |

Still people are advocating that with the announcement of development charges price will come down but i think this wont happen as the development work started, price will go up instead of down. Good locations will gain 10 to 15% with development works start. Price will only be down in case of major slump or crash. Approximately over a million more to pay since last two months. After development work starting jump then it will have steady rise till possession. |

The price has appreciated recently in prism and the trend cannot be consistent for a very long time. As per my analysis , there are three categories of investors in prism: 1) One who bough files and got allocation 2) Those who bought after ballot 3) Those who are anticipating a price decrease and than they will buy. in the current situation the investors in category 1 and 2 already hold and category three will wait because it is a nerve game and time breaks nerves of many investors when many other opportunities are also available to earn good profits in underpriced developed schemes. The development charges will add 20 lacs more in the current price which ultimately inflate the price 20-30%. In my opinion that will be the key variable and pendulum can move in either direction 50 -50 % chances. |

syed shoaib abbas replied on Sunday, July 26, 2015 08:23 PM they are going to announce apartments and plots on installment in about six months from now may be sooner in next ballot , even prices decrease 10 percent after dc announcement temporarily they will climb 15% at next ballot and 30% percent as soon groundbreaking of development is done also the profit it can give in years will be many folds high than dc and its fine after that years so dc is not a pblm to consider . do not fear |
