Lahore Real Estate replied on Monday, July 27, 2015 11:40 PM After affidavit transfers an intimation letter tells you that you can collect your allocation letter on a certain days wait. You receive your allocation letter or not your file is included in ballot. Development charges intimation letter only tells you what plot number you are allotted and how much money and at what dates it will have to be paid. DHA allow transfers without development charges with an affidavit from buyer that he is aware when development charges will be announced they will be paid by buyer. A seller must travel to Pakistan to sell plot. Power of attorney transfer possible but takes 3 months. No buyers accept this much wait for transfer to complete after making full payment.
