DHA Lahore Phase 10 has now moved into a very exciting stage as official billboards have been installed across prime locations, including Main Boulevard towards Barki Road, clearly showing that DHA has started a focused marketing campaign for this future flagship phase of Lahore. This visibility is bringing strong positivity back into the market and rapidly increasing public interest in residential and commercial files of different sizes, especially in the affidavit category, where availability is easy, while allocation files are currently hard to find due to high holding costs and low willingness to sell. Investors are being advised not to think only in terms of three to five year long holding periods, but instead to set realistic profit targets; for example, if a five marla affidavit in DHA Lahore Phase 10 is bought around 27 lakh and the price moves towards 40 to 45 lakh within six months, it is a smart strategy to book profit and exit instead of waiting unnecessarily. Despite this rise, the opportunity is still considered intact because further appreciation is expected in both the short term and long term, especially with expectations that the first quarter of 2026 will bring more major developments and news for DHA Lahore Phase 10, often described as the future of Lahore and the crown jewel of DHA. Genuine buyers are strongly advised not to delay purchases just to save a small amount like ten or fifteen thousand rupees, because there is a far bigger risk of missing a major price jump of several lakhs. They are warned to avoid dealers who tempt them with unrealistically low rates and then play with token money without guaranteed file delivery. Instead, even if a file appears one lakh or a few tens of thousands higher with a reliable party, it is safer to proceed where affidavit, intimation and delivery are 100% confirmed, as this protects investors from future losses and ensures that their DHA Lahore Phase 10 investment can truly benefit from both current market momentum and upcoming official developments
