If we talk about access through the underpass from Phase 6 D Block, E Block starts from the first roundabout. From the first roundabout, if we go on the 80-foot road, the first numbers of plots we see are all commercial plots. The next 80-foot road divides these residential and commercial properties. We see plot numbers ranging from approximately 800 to 855. On the 80-foot road, plot prices start around 120 to 130. As we go towards the back, the minimum plot price is seen between 80 to 85. On a main 80-foot road in other blocks, the rate has reached 1.65 Crore. Regarding amenities, we have two major parks at walking distance. One park is approximately 9.7 Kanals. The first park, in the 200 series, is 15.8 Kanals. A mosque is also located right next to it, spanning 6.1 Kanals. Along with this, we have sector shops for daily needs. The second park is 9.7 Kanals, and sector shops are also visible on its left side. Most people are interested in the series starting from number 1 up to 400 or 500 on the right side.
