For those purchasing army benefit plots, a new policy dictates that upon transferring the title from an officer to a civilian, all development charges must be cleared. Currently, the development charges are set at 32.5 lacs for 1-Kanal, 18.75 lacs for 10-Marla, and 13.50 lacs for 5-Marla plots. Ensuring these payments are 100% complete is the only way to guarantee your file’s inclusion in the upcoming ballot.

The potential for profit is significant. Currently, 10-Marla files are trading around 50 lacs, with a massive jump expected post-ballot. When comparing these files to developed sectors like I-Block—where prices range from 95 lacs to 1 crore—it is clear that unnumbered files offer a massive entry-point advantage. Furthermore, E-Block is emerging as a high-value sector due to its elevated location near Sheikh Yasin Town, with prices already touching 180-185.
