DHA Peshawar is currently witnessing major activity in the real estate market as prices of 1 Kanal plots continue to fluctuate across different sectors. Investors and property holders are closely monitoring the market due to rising demand, upcoming ballot announcements, and expectations surrounding the government budget and construction sector relief.
According to the latest market trends, prices in A Block and C Block of DHA Peshawar have reached strong levels. In flood-affected areas from last year, rates are currently between 1.80 crore to 1.85 crore, while better-located plots are trading around 1.90 crore to 2 crore. Premium locations in these sectors have reportedly reached as high as 3.25 crore to 3.35 crore.

Many investors hold plots for five to seven years expecting huge profits, but in reality, the increase often reflects the declining value of the rupee rather than exceptional market appreciation. Real estate experts now recommend active buying and selling strategies instead of holding property for extremely long periods without movement.
