- For choosing a plot of your choice, the file payment should be at least 60%.
Commercial Plots
- Similar to residential plots, commercial plots also have a merging policy.
- To participate in the third ballot for commercial plots, the following criteria must be met:
- For general ballot eligibility, the file payment should be 40%.
- For choosing a plot of your choice, the file payment should be 50%.
Merging Policy Limitations
- Merging can only be done up to a certain limit:
- Residential: Up to 45% (i.e., if the file is paid up to 20%, an additional 25% can be merged).
- Commercial: Minimum 35% (i.e., if the file is paid up to 20%, it can be merged up to 35%).
