The management of Lahore Smart City has released a critical official announcement regarding plot merging, discounts, and payment deadlines for March 2026. As the project accelerates toward completion, these updates are essential for every investor and plot holder.

New Merging and Discount Policy Current plot holders have until March 14, 2026, to take advantage of the latest merging options. This includes both self-merging and cross-merging for validated and non-validated files. To facilitate development cash flow, the new policy requires a 50/50 payment structure: 50% of the pending dues can be covered through merging market files (provided they have at least 35% payment completed), while the remaining 50% must be paid in cash. Investors paying via cash are eligible for an exclusive 3% flat discount directly from the developers.

Final Deadline for Plot Cancellation A stern warning has been issued for owners of on-ground possession plots in Overseas Prime Sector A & B and Overseas West Sector B. If outstanding land cost installments are not cleared by March 14, these plots will face immediate cancellation. This is the final opportunity for members to retain their premium locations.

لاہور سمارٹ سٹی کی انتظامیہ نے مارچ 2026 کے لیے مرجنگ، ڈسکاؤنٹ اور ادائیگیوں کے حوالے سے اہم پالیسی جاری کر دی ہے۔ ترقیاتی کاموں کی تیز رفتاری کے پیشِ نظر تمام ممبران کے لیے ان ہدایات پر عمل کرنا ضروری ہے۔

مرجنگ اور ڈسکاؤنٹ کی نئی پالیسی پلاٹ ہولڈرز 14 مارچ 2026 تک اپنے پلاٹس اور فائلز کو مرج کر سکتے ہیں۔ اس میں سیلف مرجنگ اور کراس مرجنگ دونوں کی اجازت ہے۔ نئی پالیسی کے مطابق واجب الادا رقم کا 50 فیصد مارکیٹ فائل کے ذریعے مرج کیا جا سکتا ہے (بشرطیکہ اس فائل میں کم از کم 35 فیصد رقم جمع ہو)، جبکہ باقی 50 فیصد نقد ادا کرنا ہوگا۔ نقد ادائیگی کرنے والے صارفین کو 3 فیصد فلیٹ ڈسکاؤنٹ بھی دیا جائے گا۔

پلاٹ کینسلشن کی آخری وارننگ اوورسیز پرائم سیکٹر اے، بی اور اوورسیز ویسٹ سیکٹر بی کے وہ ممبران جنہوں نے زمین کی قیمت کی اقساط ابھی تک جمع نہیں کرائیں، ان کے لیے 14 مارچ آخری تاریخ ہے۔ اس کے بعد پلاٹس کینسل کر دیے جائیں گے۔ اپنی لوکیشن برقرار رکھنے کے لیے فوری ادائیگی ضروری ہے۔

ولا اور پلاٹس کی دستیابی اوورسیز پرائم میں 10 مرلہ اور 1 کنال کے ولاز بکنگ کے لیے دستیاب ہیں۔ صرف 20 فیصد ڈاؤن پیمنٹ سے بکنگ کی جا سکتی ہے اور 50 فیصد ادائیگی پر 3 ماہ میں قبضہ مل سکتا ہے۔ ان ولاز کی قیمت میں ڈویلپمنٹ چارجز شامل ہیں۔
