• Deadline for Overseas & Executive Members: The deadline for clearing all outstanding payments is set for April 20, 2024.

Lahore Smart City Discount Offers

Lahore Smart City is offering exciting discounts to incentivize timely payments:

• 3% discount on each due or outstanding installment amount for both residential and commercial plots.
• 6% discount on each advance installment amount for both residential and commercial plots.

Important Note:

• A maximum of three advance installments can be availed at a discounted rate.
• The discount offer expires on April 8, 2024.
• This policy applies to payments made through cash, pay orders and online transactions.

Calling All Eager Participants: Get Ready for the 3rd Ballot

Lahore Smart City is thrilled to announce that the acknowledgment slips for the 3rd ballot will tentatively begin issuance in May 2024. Here’s how you can secure your plot:

• Members can pay an advance amount between March 28th and April 8th, 2024 to receive their acknowledgment slips.
• Management will not request any further payments from these members until May 2024.
