سرمایہ کاروں کو اس پروپیگنڈے پر کان نہیں دھرنا چاہیے کہ صرف پرانی فائلیں بیلٹ ہوں گی۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ 2024 اور 2025 کی تمام فائلیں بیلٹ میں شامل ہوں گی اور تمام فائلوں کی قدر برابر ہے۔ ڈی ایچ اے پشاور میں ترقیاتی کاموں کی رفتار بہت تیز ہو چکی ہے۔ بیلٹ کے علاوہ ای بلاک میں قبضے کا آغاز، ایچ اور آئی بلاک کے انڈر پاس کا فعال ہونا، اور ناردرن بائی پاس کو رنگ روڈ سے جوڑنا جیسے بڑے منصوبے تکمیل کے قریب ہیں۔ ناصر باغ روڈ پر بی آر ٹی پہلے ہی چل رہی ہے اور کمرشل زون بی میں قبضہ دستیاب ہے۔ اگلے دو سے تین سالوں میں ڈی ایچ اے پشاور کی شکل مکمل طور پر بدل جائے گی۔
