The area boasts a main boulevard, theme park, canal, parks, commercial areas, a mosque, a police station, and more.

Q Block Highlights

One kanal plots in Q Block range from Rs. 2 crore 20 lakh to Rs. 2 crore 95 lakh. Ten Marla plots range from Rs. 1 crore 70 lakh to Rs. 1 crore 85 lakh. Five Marla plots range from Rs. 95 lakh to Rs. 1 crore 05 lakh. Several one-kanal plots have completed gray structures, indicating significant development. Electrification work is underway in Non-Possession Areas, and some houses have solar panels installed, suggesting imminent habitation.

R Block Highlights

Five Marla plots in R Block start from around Rs. 60 lakh for non-possession plots and can go up to Rs. 1 crore depending on location. Ten Marla plots have limited availability, with prices ranging from Rs. 1 crore 25 lakh to Rs. 1 crore 75 lakh, depending on location. One Kanal plots also have limited availability, with prices ranging from Rs. 1 crore 75 lakh to Rs. 2 crore 55 lakh, depending on location. Construction of five marla houses has begun in some areas.
