Residential Possession Details In Sector A, possession has been granted for both 1-kanal and 2-kanal residential categories. While certain pockets in the higher numbering ranges (900-1000) may face minor delays, nearly 80% of the sector is now ready for homeowners to begin building. Experts predict that Sector A will quickly reclaim its status as the most expensive and sought-after block in Phase 9 Prism due to its central location, surrounded by Sectors P, Q, and C.

Commercial Growth and Unique Opportunities The commercial sector saw equally impressive updates. In Sector A (Zone 4), 10-marla, 4-marla, and 2-marla plots have received possession. Notably, the 10-marla commercial plots situated on the 150-foot main road offer a unique investment opportunity rarely seen in other sectors. Sector C commercial also received possession for a significant number of plots. These areas benefit from high accessibility via DHA Phase 5 and proximity to Askari 11, ensuring high footfall and commercial viability.

Future Possession Timeline For investors eyeing other blocks, the roadmap for 2026 remains aggressive. Following the success in Sector A and C, DHA plans to award possession to Sectors M, N, P, L, and J before the end of the year. With construction activity expected to start immediately, the transition from “non-possession” to “possession” status is likely to trigger a notable increase in market rates, making this an ideal window for strategic buying and selling.
