Lahore Smart City has introduced a limited-time discount offer for clients who wish to make payments on their property installments. This offer is valid from November 14th to 30th, 2023.
Installment Discounts:
- 2% discount on due installments
- 4% discount on advance installments
- Maximum of three installments can be discounted
Surcharge Waivers:
- Surcharges will be imposed on overdue installments from January 1st, 2024 onwards.
The project’s merging policy has been discontinued. Clients are encouraged to make timely payments to avoid surcharges and take advantage of the
installment discount offer.
