Regarding prices based on the cost of land, 5 Marla plots are available starting from a minimum of 25 lakhs up to 27 to 30 lakhs. For 10 Marla, availability is between 40 to 45 lakhs. For 1 Kanal, availability on cost of land is between 70 to 75 lakhs. The machinery is visible in front of you, showing how speedily work is being carried out. The development situation is before you. Amenities here include underground electricity and parks. Most importantly, a Medical City is going to be built within the Iqbal Sector.
