The DHA (Defence Housing Authority) has released an updated map for its Phase 9 Prism project, bringing significant changes and updates for plot holders and investors. These updates include:
A Block:
- Addition of vertical lanes
- Upgraded roads to an 110-foot boulevard
- New grand commercial development
- On-ground development of commercial areas
B Block:
- Inclusion of previously excluded land
- New 120-foot main boulevard
- Commercial plots on the main road and behind
- Cutting of 1-kanal plots in the front and 10-marla plots in the back
- No surrounding villages or settlements
R Block:
- Extension of cutting for plot allotment and commercial file holders
- Updated pricing for 5-marla, 10-marla, and commercial plots
