Here, they still get a good plot for 75-80. A lot of work is happening in this area. In R block, 5 Marla affidavit plots are also available. If you have a 2-3 year plan, availability is at a demand of 47. You can pay development charges in 3-year installments if you have a limited budget.

Regarding 10 Marla, it is available for 1 crore and also in the 2 crore range. Buying interest is mostly between 1.5 crore to 1.75 crore for good plots in sectors K, F, or R.
