1. Civic Zone 1:

  • Plot Sizes: 4 Marla and 8 Marla
  • Possession: Approximately 60% of plots have been handed over.

    • Minimum Price: PKR 8 to 8.30 crores (Non-possession plots facing residential areas)
    • Maximum Price: PKR 18 to 19 crores (Main Boulevard or corner plots)
  • 4 Marla Commercial Plots:
