Assalam o Alaikum and welcome to Lahore Real Estate. I am Salman Maqsood and I am here to give you an update on the market trends in DHA Phase 9 Prism.

Market Trends of DHA Phase 9 Prism Plots

  • 5 Marla Plots:

    • Prices start from Rs. 50 lakh for normal plots
    • Prices start from Rs. 65 lakh for good plots in Sectors J and K
    • Prices start from Rs. 65 lakh for plots in Sector P
    • Prices are highest in Sector R, with a range of Rs. 80 to 90 lakh
    • Some corner plots in Sector R have sold for over Rs. 1 crore
    • There is more interest in on-ground plots
  • 10 Marla Plots:

    • There is a high demand for good plots, especially in Sectors F and R
    • Prices start from Rs. 1.2 crore for plots in Sector R
    • There has been a lot of trading in 10 marla plots in the past two months
  • Kanal Plots:

    • The most transactions and price increases are being seen in Sectors F, G, and H
    • People are particularly interested in plots on the ring road
    • Prices start from Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 2.5 crore for plots in this area
    • Buyers are mostly interested in this area
    • There is a high demand for plots in Sector F
    • Prices have increased from Rs. 2.5 lakh to Rs. 2.55 lakh to Rs. 2.6 crore for plots in Sector F
    • There is still demand for good plots in Sector E, but prices are high due to location
    • There is demand for good non-possession plots in Sector H
    • Plots in Sector C and Sector D are also selling in main back positions
    • A 1 kanal plot facing the park in Sector D sold for Rs. 1.1 crore
    • It is difficult to sell plots below Rs. 2 crore
    • There are options for plots between Rs. 1.6 crore and Rs. 2 crore
    • There is limited demand for plots in the upper portion of Sector C
  • 4 Marla Commercial Plots:

    • The market is very strong for 4 marla commercial plots
    • Prices have increased
    • Prices are expected to increase further
    • There is a lot of buying interest in 4 Marla commercial plots
