Payment Deadline and Discounts

• Customers are strongly encouraged to pay their remaining installments as soon as possible to avoid interest charges, especially for those who have not yet paid the cost of land.
• A discount of 3% is available for outstanding amounts and 6% for advance installments paid by April 8th, 2024.
• Payments can be made online, by cash, or by check, with preference given to pay orders or cash.
• Customers with Ballotted plots can submit checks, while those seeking third ballot acknowledgment slips should pay in cash or Pay order.
• In my previous video, I already informed you that you can get an acknowledgment slip by paying 35% amount for commercial files and 45% amount for residential files.

Lahore Smart City Payment Policy for Plot Owners

• All plot holders must pay their remaining dues by April 20th, 2024 regardless of whether they selected their plots.
• Failure to pay may result in plot cancellation or movement to the third ballot.

Lahore Smart City Development Updates

• The developer, HRL, is actively working on-site and has not yet charged any development charges.
• Recovery of payments has been relaxed compared to other societies.
• The majority of plots in Overseas I are ready for possession, justifying the request for completion of cost of land payments.

Lahore Smart City Preferred Investment Options

• 4 Marla Commercial Files, are currently available at attractive prices (3 to 4 Lacs Own on Executive) & (6 Lacs Own on Overseas).
• Overseas 8 Marla Files are also available at reasonable prices.
• Residential options include 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, Overseas, and Executive plots with competitive own Prices.
• Some of the files at Level-based are also available for purchase.

Lahore Smart City Remaining Installments

• For customers with only one or two installments remaining, a discount is applicable.
• To calculate the discounted amount, subtract the discount from the total outstanding amount and make the payment accordingly through cash or Pay order.

Construction Progress

• Heavy machinery used in the construction of Lahore Smart City has been temporarily parked due to the Eid holiday.
