• K Block: Some areas are ready for possession, while others are under development. Possession is expected in phases throughout 2024.
• M Block: Nearly complete, with possession anticipated in areas with clear plots.

• 1 Kanal: Ranges from PKR 70-75 lakhs for clear plots on the ground and goes up to PKR 1.3 crore.
