Today, we present a complete street-wise and block-wise analysis of D Block in DHA Phase 9 Town, Lahore. This is the largest block of Phase 9 Town, comprising over 2,600 residential plots. Approximately 90 percent of these are 5 Marla plots, with the remaining 10 percent consisting of 8 and 10 Marla plots.
Location of D Block
D Block is accessible via the Bedian Road underpass from DHA Phase 6. Upon entering Phase 9 Town, you pass E Block, then B, A, and C Blocks, before reaching D Block, which is shown in blue on the development map.
Development and Construction Status
D Block is a fully developed and populated block with a large number of constructed homes. Around 90 percent of plots are possession-ready, while only a small portion—mainly in the newer cuttings near DHA Phase 9 Prism—are currently non-possession but in prime locations for future appreciation.
